Job Description

This position is responsible in providing key insights related to Medicare 5 Star C31 & C32 measures. Identifies risk & opportunities both at the national & regional level around these 5 Star measures to senior leaders in order. Monitors & communicates potential risk related to these 5 Star measures to senior leaders to ensure that the organization meets target. In addition, this position also supports national regulatory reporting such as NQTL and Performance Guarantee’s associated with group contracts.

This individual contributor is primarily responsible for driving strategic data informed decisions, gathering data and information on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion, preparing data for analytic efforts, and interpreting complex data analyses. This position drives the execution of creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes across functional areas, business and/or clinical lines, designs, implements, and automates business and reporting solutions, and leads the development of advanced analytical and/or statistical models enabling informed business decisions.                                          

Essential Responsibilities                                        

• Provide key insights related to Medicare 5 Star C31 & C32 measures.
• Identify risk & opportunities both at the national & regional level around these 5 Star measures to senior leaders in order.
• Monitor & communicate potential risk related to these 5 Star measures to senior leaders to ensure that the organization meets target.
• Support national regulatory reporting such as NQTL and Performance Guarantee’s associated with group contracts.                                       

Minimum Qualifications                                

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in data analytics or a directly related field.
• Additional equivalent work experience of three (3) years for a total of eleven (11) years in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in the following areas:
• Excel
• Alteryx
• Tableau
• MS SQL; PL SQL
• Minimum three (3) years experience in a lead role with or without direct reports.                                             

Additional Requirements                                                      

• Must be proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
