Job Description
We are is seeking an experienced HubSpot Implementation Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub to lead the implementation and optimization of CRM solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, understands sales operations, and excels at translating client requirements into scalable, efficient HubSpot solutions. This is a fully remote and full-time position from Costa Rica, in payroll with benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Implementation & Configuration: Lead full-cycle implementations of HubSpot Sales Hub, including pipeline setup, automation workflows, custom properties, user roles, and deal stages.
- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with clients to map their sales processes and design HubSpot solutions that drive productivity, consistency, and results.
- CRM Data Migration: Manage and validate data migrations into HubSpot, including field mapping, deduplication, and data integrity checks.
- Integrations: Set up and troubleshoot integrations with third-party tools such as Salesforce, ERP systems, and marketing platforms using native connectors or middleware tools (e.g., Zapier).
- Training & Enablement: Deliver client training sessions and documentation to ensure a successful transition and user adoption of HubSpot Sales Hub.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build dashboards and custom reports to measure KPIs, pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and overall sales team performance.
- Post-Implementation Support & Optimization: Monitor system usage and adoption, proactively recommend improvements, and stay current with HubSpot feature updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with client-side stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment with broader go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub implementations.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot’s Sales Hub capabilities including deal pipelines, sequences, workflows, custom properties, user permissions, and sales automation.
- Strong experience in CRM data management, migration, and hygiene best practices.
- Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, and other CRMs or ERPs.
- Strong project management and client communication skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with other HubSpot Hubs (Marketing Hub, Service Hub, or CMS).
- HubSpot Certifications (Sales Software, CRM Implementation, or similar).
- Experience working in a consulting or agency environment.
