Job Description

As Enterprise Architect Director, you will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and governance of digital products and platforms across the organization. This role places strong emphasis on creating scalable, user-centric, and future-ready digital solutions that seamlessly integrate technology, business strategy, and customer experience. You will ensure that product roadmaps and enterprise architecture align with long-term business objectives while fostering innovation and agility in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Product Strategy & Architecture

  • Lead the design and governance of digital product architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and customer needs.
  • Define and evolve the digital product roadmap, incorporating emerging technologies and market best practices.
  • Establish architecture frameworks that accelerate product development cycles, from ideation to launch.

2. Product Design & Technology Integration

  • Drive the end-to-end design of digital products, combining cloud-native solutions, data-driven insights, and modern UX principles.
  • Oversee the adoption of digital product platforms (e.g., microservices, APIs, mobile-first solutions, cloud-native apps).
  • Ensure seamless integration of analytics, automation, and AI/ML capabilities into product development to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

3. Governance & Product Lifecycle Management

  • Establish architecture principles that guide product teams through the design, build, and scale phases.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2) while embedding security and resilience into product design.
  • Conduct architecture review boards to validate design decisions across product portfolios.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to co-create digital products that drive value.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into innovative digital product features and capabilities.
  • Act as a bridge between technology teams and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on product direction and outcomes.

Technology Domain Focus

  • Digital Product Platforms: Cloud-native applications, mobile-first solutions, microservices, and API ecosystems.
  • Data & Analytics: Integrating real-time analytics, personalization, and customer insights into digital products.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Scalable architectures on AWS and Azure optimized for digital product innovation.
  • Security & Compliance: Embedding regulatory and security frameworks in every product lifecycle stage.
  • Automation & AI/ML: Enhancing product performance through automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven features.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s in Digital Product Development, Innovation, or similar preferred).
  • Experience: 8–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with proven expertise in digital product design and development.
  • Technical Skills: Cloud-native applications, AWS, Azure, microservices, APIs, UX-driven design, ISO 27001, CI/CD, RPA.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong ability to lead product-focused teams, influence executive leadership, and drive digital transformation strategies.
