Job Description
Carry out complete implementations of Front Retail, and Front Rest.
Main Functions:
- Know the processes of Retail stores and apply them in the ICG Front Retail systems.
- Know the processes of Restaurants and apply them in the ICG Front Rest systems.
- Be able to effectively install and configure Front Rest Mobile (Teleorders) – Front Retail Mobile – Hiorder – Hiostock.
- Be able to effectively install and configure Stock Manager and Hiostock.
- Be able to effectively install and configure FrontRest Mobile and Hiorder.
- Be able to effectively install and configure Portal Rest + Ordatic.
- Be able to effectively install and configure Credomatic Pin Pads.
- Be able to effectively install and configure the electronic invoicing service.
- Provide training to the client on all the systems or services mentioned above.
- Have the ability to serve as a consultant for the client in matters or processes related to the ICG systems, being able to advise the client on best practices and recommendations regarding retail stores and restaurants.
- Have the ability to make recommendations to the client regarding the necessary hardware or equipment (networks, devices, servers, etc.).
- Accompany the client in resolving questions and inquiries that may arise.
- Classification, Order, Cleanliness, Standardization, and Discipline.
Requirements:
- Basic student of Systems Engineering or with a University Bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge in SQL Server.
- Knowledge of business processes with points of sale.
- Basic knowledge in Excel.
- Basic knowledge in Project Management.
- Knowledge of Android operating system version 9 or higher.
