Network and Infrastructure Specialist Profile
Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Network and Infrastructure Specialist with a strong technical knowledge of networks and extensive experience in the implementation and maintenance of network solutions, especially in Cisco, Aruba, or similar environments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in OSPF routing, MPLS, Layer 3 switching, wireless solutions, and demonstrated skills in efficient problem resolution and implementation of improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Design and Implementation:
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of network infrastructures.
- Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Advanced Technical Support:
- Provide advanced-level technical support to resolve issues related to the network and infrastructure.
- Project Implementation:
- Participate in projects involving the implementation of new network solutions, ensuring efficient integration into the existing environment.
- Security Audits and Optimization:
- Conduct periodic security audits on the network and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Continuously optimize the network to enhance performance and efficiency, applying industry best practices.
- Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
Technical Requirements:
- Solid experience in configuring and managing Cisco, Aruba, or similar devices.
- Advanced knowledge in OSPF routing, MPLS, Layer 3 switching, and wireless solutions.
- Practical experience in problem resolution and optimization of enterprise networks.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Aruba Certified Switching Professional, will be highly valued.
