Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities for Enterprise Wiki, Intel Video Portal, and Power Platform by analyzing, integrating, and optimizing business processes and systems. As well as supporting data-informed decisions, assist with data and information gathering for targeted variables in an established systematic fashion, and support data preparation for analytic efforts. This position assists with the development, implementation, and automation of business and reporting solutions, supports SQL data warehouse operations, and assists with data analysis interpretation. Essential Responsibilities • SQL Data Warehouse Management Supports data warehouse administration by creating and maintaining schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data storage, access, and retrieval. Ensures data consistency and performance optimization in the warehouse environment to support analytics and reporting needs. • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Support Contributes to M&A initiatives by analyzing, integrating, and optimizing business processes and systems such as the Enterprise Wiki, Intel Video Portal, and Power Platform. ◦ Data Management: Consolidates and migrates data from acquired entities, ensures data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards, and develops data management strategies that support business continuity. ◦ System Optimization: Evaluates and recommends process improvements, implements streamlined operations, and ensures systems align with the strategic goals of the merged organization. ◦ Stakeholder Communication: Facilitates communication between IT, management, and key stakeholders, presents findings, and provides progress updates throughout M&A transitions. • Data Analysis and Decision Support Supports data-informed decisions under the guidance of senior team members by gathering business requirements, assisting with performance metrics, and informing data collection methods. Measures the impact of business changes and helps drive improvements. • Data Preparation and Processing Cleans, consolidates, and transforms data to ensure quality and readiness for analysis. Writes and executes SQL queries to merge, extract, and refresh datasets. • Reporting and Visualization Assists in developing dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support decision-making and effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders. • Process Documentation and End-User Support Documents analysis procedures and data flows, and supports end-users in utilizing reports and data tools effectively.

Provide support for top-of-the-line business applications from Microsoft, their partners, and their customers around the globe, including Dynamics 365 Operations, Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), and Microsoft Power Apps and Flows, a next-generation software integration/automation. • Communicate with end users/system administrators/solution integrators via phone, email, and/or chat to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot their needs, as well as set expectations and deliver guidance on resolving the issue. • Apply technical knowledge relevant to the solution using technical documentation to identify appropriate remediation steps, identify escalated urgent situations impacting business priorities, troubleshoot, reproduce customer issues in lab environments, and seek guidance from technical leads and subject matter experts as needed. • Provide technical guidance across teams by identifying areas requiring expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases. • Maintain documentation for all cases including queries, process steps, and resolutions consistent with customer commitments, prescribed protocols, and processes.

Help achieve and attain strategic business goals and objectives, by contributing with improvements in documentation and processes for the project(s) assigned. Working with different development teams and stakeholders to improve the deployment and implementation of new processes and/or applications. • Making recommendations and approvals for solutions or improvements that can be achieved by new or existing applications. • Acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team. • Analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software requirements. • Documenting and evaluating required data and information. • Using modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.

Provide support for the testing and QA of new and existing items under development or consideration. Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders • May provide support to higher level managers or serve as a team member on complex projects. • Monitors applications for any performance issues and communicates to stakeholders. • Work closely with business and other teams to assist in the overall definition of support items and provide quick assistance to meet SLAs. • Perform system configurations, develop scripts and other technologies to automate business workflow, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

Migrating servers from Microsoft Hyper V to Azure, and also implement a hybrid environment with some of the data in the cloud and other on local servers, with the goal being migrating everything to the cloud in the future. • Build and deploy Azure servers. • Manage Active Directory and local Domain. • Building and promoting domain controller. • General DNS / DHCP / RDP configuration. • Troubleshoot and deploy workstations along with L1 engineers.
