Job Description

Manage daily operations and drive commercial expansion of the new branch in La Ceiba. Act as the main point of contact between patients, clinics, laboratories, medical institutions, and the central team in San Pedro Sula.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Reception, classification, and proper registration of samples; inventory coordination and maintenance; billing, payments, and cash handling; order entry into the internal system.
  • Sales & Customer Service: Active promotion of services; client acquisition and follow-up; personalized patient assistance.
  • Administration & Communication: Report generation; document organization; logistics support.
  • Patient Care: Reception, scheduling, and direct assistance; providing clear information on procedures; basic emotional support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Pleasant voice, friendly demeanor, and strong command of Spanish.
  • Good spelling and written communication.
  • Outgoing, charismatic, proactive, and commercially oriented.
  • Reliable, organized, self-sufficient, and results-driven.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.

Requirements:

  • Technical or university studies in marketing, administration, customer service, or healthcare.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in healthcare).
  • Basic knowledge of clinical laboratory or pathology procedures (desired).
  • Proficient in digital tools (email, WhatsApp Web, Word, Excel).
  • Immediate availability and flexible schedule.

  • Experience in clinics, laboratories, or medical service sales is valued.
