Job Description
We are looking a Content Producer to provide authoring support for flagship websites, applications, platforms, and databases. This professional will be key in facilitating the digital production of content and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality content. Experience in content management and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders will be essential to ensuring that content initiatives align with best practices and meet end-user needs.
Essential Responsibilities (Job Specific)
- · Facilitate the digital production of content by applying advanced strategies to build, create, manage, publish, and/or launch content within content management systems. Independently execute workflow tasks and overall processes to ensure optimal performance while troubleshooting problems. Report and resolve moderately complex production content incidents in a timely manner throughout the publication process and post-production. Request defect fixes, enhancements, and maintenance changes within content management systems, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) independently. Lead proactive communication with engineering and content architecture teams to ensure that the moderately complex content management strategy aligns with best practices. Triage and, if possible, resolve routine to moderately complex defects logged by quality assurance teams or escalate them to senior team members.
- · Lead coordination with key stakeholders for each content initiative to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of digital content. Present drafts, concepts, and strategies to leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders, integrating feedback and driving alignment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and UX designers.
- · Commit between 50% and 100% to one or more specific areas.
- · Authorize and publish content requests across multiple platforms, including AEM, Qumu, GitHub, and FDAT.
- · Communicate work status and progress via tickets logged in Jira.
- · Act as out-of-office backup for the lead partner.
- · Manage end-to-end feature release projects as needed.
- · Attend stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth communication.
- · Contribute feedback on CMS architecture and content management plans to continuously improve processes.
- · Assist the lead partner with documentation and training to ensure alignment with best practices.
- · Provide training and authoring overviews for other offshore team members when their support is needed on a project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, or related field AND minimum five (5) years of experience in user experience, digital content management, technical architecture, content management system (CMS) engineering, or a directly related field.
- Additional equivalent work experience of three (3) years, for a total eight (8) years experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement. Advanced degrees may be substituted for a portion of the work experience requirement.
- “Three (3) years experience using Content Management Systems, (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred, others considered: Word Press, Drupal, SiteCore, Joomla, Sharepoint).
- Three (3) years experience working on projects involving the implementation of content or product life cycles.
- Two (2) years experience identifying, documenting, and communicating business requirements for technical solutions.
Additional Requirements
- Three (3) years experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS.
- Three (3) years experience working data analytics and reporting software.
- One (1) year experience utilizing or referencing accessibility standards.
- Trained in AEM – must receive certification within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience working for a health care organization
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification (e.g., Agile, SCRUM).
- Three (3) years experience working for an IT organization
- Two (2) years experience working on projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology and/or business solutions.
- Two (2) years experience in workflow analysis, including the use of modeling software (e.g., Visio).
- Two (2) years in a leadership role working with project or technical teams.
- Two (2) years experience in business case development and analysis
- Two (2) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
- Four (4) years consulting experience in hospital operations.
- Four (4) years consulting experience in clinical administration.
- Four (4) years consulting experience in health plan administration.
