Job Description
Create reporting documentation to track business needs that help clarify reporting guidelines and requirements. Gathers data and information from stakeholders through supporting and training end users. Assists with METRS system clean up to ensure codes available are accurate for end users. Creates automated reports using Alteryx and Tableau. This individual contributor is primarily responsible for driving strategic data-informed decisions, informing and influencing the data sourcing strategy, and interpreting data analyses. The position supports analytic product support efforts, coordinates access, data delivery, and data system changes, and ensures data quality is maintained to standard.
Essential Responsibilities
- Create reporting documentation to track business needs that help clarify reporting guidelines and requirements.
- Gathers data and information from stakeholders through supporting and training end users.
- Assists with METRS system clean up to ensure codes available are accurate for end users.
- Creates automated reports using Alteryx and Tableau.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field and minimum of five (5) years experience in data analytics or a directly related field.
- Additional equivalent work experience of three (3) years for a total of eight (8) years in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in the following areas:
- Excel
- Tableau
- MS SQL; PL SQL
- Microsoft teams
- Sharepoint
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a lead role with or without direct reports.

- Contact/ Call center data operations experience
