Job Description

This position is responsible in maintaining and cleaning all codes (facilities, departments, provider contacts, etc.) in Member Relation’s CRM system (METRS). Collaborates with key regional leaders, functional areas and functional teams to ensure that all codes are up to date and available. These codes are critical in maintaining the integrity of METRS and Member Relations which support end users and their ability to process cases. This individual contributor is primarily responsible for driving strategic data-informed decisions, informing and influencing the data sourcing strategy, and interpreting data analyses. The position supports analytic product support efforts, coordinates access, data delivery, and data system changes, and ensures data quality is maintained to standard.                                                    

Essential Responsibilities                                                                                                    

  • Maintain and clean all codes (facilities, departments, provider contacts, etc.) in Member Relation’s CRM system (METRS).
  • Collaborate with key regional leaders, functional areas and functional teams to ensure that all codes are up to date and available. These codes are critical in maintaining the integrity of METRS and Member Relations which support end users and their ability to process cases

Minimum Qualifications                                

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field and minimum of five (5) years experience in data analytics or a directly related field.
  • Additional equivalent work experience of three (3) years for a total of eight (8) years in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience in the following areas:
  • Excel
  • Tableau
  • MS SQL; PL SQL
  • Maintenance of Sharepoint Sites
  • Microsoft teams
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a lead role with or without direct reports.

  • Contact/ Call center data operations experience
  • Alteryx
  • Power BI
