Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable Ruby on Rails applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement robust and scalable APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Work closely with product and stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications utilize the best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Proficient in using Git and resolving merge conflicts.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, such as React or similar.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS (Desirable).
- Experience with API integrations, especially in the SalesForce domain.
- Unit testing experience to ensure code reliability.
- Background job processing knowledge, with experience in Sidekiq or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in both written and oral English communication.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
