Job Description

We are looking for an ObservePoint QA to work with a major eCommerce client company. This is a fully remote and full-time position from Costa Rica, in payroll with benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Test & Validate Analytics: Use ObservePoint to validate tag firing and data collection on websites and mobile apps.Automation: Develop and execute automated tests using ObservePoint.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with tag management systems (TMS), web analytics, and data discrepancies.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking of key business metrics.Reporting: Document and report on testing results, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in QA roles with a focus on digital analytics, web analytics, or tag management.
    • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with ObservePoint for tag validation.Familiarity with Adobe Launch and web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics.Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for troubleshooting.Knowledge of data layers, and JavaScript libraries used in tracking.
    • Testing & Automation:
  • Experience in test automation and tools like JIRA for bug tracking and reporting.
    • Communication:
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: ObservePoint or related certifications in analytics/testing tools.Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing for websites or mobile applications.
