As Senior Enterprise Architect , you will lead the design and governance of enterprise architecture programs with a strategic focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced automation. This role is pivotal in building future-ready solutions that integrate people, processes, data, and technology to accelerate digital transformation. You will champion the adoption of AI/ML frameworks, ensuring that architecture strategies harness the power of intelligent systems for scalability, innovation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Centric Architecture Strategy & Program Development

  • Establish and evolve the enterprise architecture function with AI as a core driver of transformation.
  • Define and maintain an AI-enabled EA roadmap that aligns business growth strategies with predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Promote architecture outcomes through workshops, summits, and executive communications, highlighting AI’s role in decision-making and operational excellence.

2. Solution Design & Intelligent Technology Integration

  • Architect enterprise-wide solutions that combine cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) with AI/ML models, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and advanced analytics.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered data platforms (Snowflake, DOMO, Azure AI) to enable real-time insights and autonomous decision support.
  • Oversee implementation of AI-driven automation through CI/CD pipelines, RPA, generative AI integrations, and API ecosystems for intelligent business processes.

3. Governance, Ethics & Compliance in AI

  • Define governing principles for enterprise architecture with a responsible AI framework, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, and emerging AI ethics standards.
  • Establish architecture review boards that evaluate the impact of AI systems on security, scalability, and resilience.
  • Implement continuous monitoring of AI models to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational values.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner with IT leaders, data scientists, and business executives to translate AI opportunities into enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, vendors, and research institutions to integrate best-in-class AI technologies.
  • Guide teams in adopting AI-first approaches while balancing innovation with risk management.

Technology Domain Focus

  • AI & Machine Learning: Predictive analytics, NLP, generative AI, computer vision, intelligent automation.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Scalable hybrid/multi-cloud (AWS, Azure), optimized for AI workloads.
  • Data & Analytics: AI-driven data management platforms (Snowflake, DOMO, Azure AI), real-time analytics pipelines.
  • Security & Compliance: Responsible AI principles, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, and AI ethics frameworks.
  • Automation & Integration: AI-powered RPA, CI/CD pipelines, cognitive automation, and API orchestration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s or specialization in AI preferred).
  • Experience: 8–10 years in enterprise architecture with proven expertise in AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms.
  • Technical Skills: AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), AWS, Azure, Snowflake, RPA, CI/CD, responsible AI standards.
  • Leadership: Ability to drive AI-enabled transformations, lead cross-functional teams, and influence executive stakeholders.
