Job Description
Digital Content Management Systems V – AEM Architect Lead strategy, development of business requirements and technical implementations to improve the use of AEM Sites and Assets for web and mobile.
Essential Responsibilities
This senior technical/functional leader role is responsible for leading the governance and efficacy of content management platforms, which includes executing user permissions, authoring interfaces, template creation, and other related tasks; and partnering with infrastructure and vendor teams to ensure operational teams have the necessary tools to support the business. This includes facilitating comprehensive cataloguing, coordinating audits of content and supporting assets, and driving the development of automated processes for efficient content management transformation and delivery.
- Contribute feedback on CMS architecture and content management plans.
- Provide standards/governance on the implementation of site structure, templates and components in AEM.
- Accountable for advanced content support requiring technical skillsets.
- Troubleshoot authoring issues in multiple platforms, including AEM, and GitHub
- Manage AEM Technical Operations, including user permissions, workflows and troubleshooting.
- Manage end-to-end feature release projects as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve use of AEM platform.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, or related field AND eight (8) years of experience in user experience, digital content management, technical architecture, content management system (CMS) engineering, or a directly related field.
- Additional equivalent work experience of three (3) years in a directly related field, for a total of eleven (11) years, may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- “Minimum eight (8) years experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), including experience developing and architecting applications, templates, and components.
- Five (5) years experience with AEM architecture working on highly complex technical projects and solutions.
Additional Requirements
- Five (5) years experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS.
- Experience working as a product owner or in collaboration with AGILE teams.
Licenses and Certifications
- Trained in AEM
Preferred Qualifications
- Five (5) years experience working for a health care organization
- Five (5) years experience working for an IT organization
- Four (4) years experience working on projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology and/or business solutions.
- Five (5) years experience in workflow analysis, including the use of modeling software (e.g., Visio).
- Five (5) years in a leadership role working with project or technical teams.
- Five (5) years experience working on cross-functional project teams
- Six (6) years experience in business case development and analysis
- Four (4) years experience managing vendor relationships.
- Four (4) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)
- Master Certification preferred
