Job Description
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position drives the incident and problem management process by resolving complex issues (e.g., root cause analysis, coordinate prevention plan execution) and addressing second level escalations as appropriate.
Essential Responsibilities

- Escalates unresolved or critical issues, risks or problems to system engineers and management.
- Meets timelines and provides crossfunctional resources to drive the delivery of appropriate, sustainable, and prompt solutions.
- Plans and performs complex system configuration.
- Manages the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains (e.g., systems, applications, network, databases, storage, security) by performing complex systems analysis to identify problems, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Plans the maintenance, modification, and documentation of applications.
- Monitors the service of first and second level support for enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.
- Creates complex documentation of new and existing system configuration and procedural information, and supports others in ensuring system configurations documentation iscomplete and accurate.
- Provides complex application-oriented administration and technical support for production and non-production environments.
- Leads hardware and software changes into environments and one or more additional IT production environments by performing impact analyses of system changes.
- Develops guidelines to prevent and/or resolve recurring problems.
- Recommends and executes complex performance tuning and optimization activities.
- Evaluates new complex application packages and identifies anticipated systems requirements for planning purposes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support.
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Additional Requirements
- 5 years experience of Informatica IDMC, CDI-PC, PowerCenter and PowerExchange administration on Unix/AIX/Linux and Windows server platforms in HA GRID environments, performing software installations, upgrades and code migrations between environments.
- 5 years hand-on experience in converting PowerCenter code to IDMC/IICS with RPA utility or CDI-PC
- Expertise in microsoft azure – DataBricks, ADLS, Synapse, azure VM’s integration with IDMC.
- Hands on experience in different RDBMS like Oracle, SQL server and Teradata, Sybase and different microservices of IDMC like cloud data quality (CDQ), DBMI, File mass ingestion, cloud data governance etc.
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix and ability to write moderately complex shell scripts (using ksh, sh, bash, python etc) to support data integration tasks, database maintenance, automation and testing. Proficiency and extensive hands-on experience working with core infrastructure technologies such as UNIX, AIX, Linux, Windows, network, storage and performance management capabilities.
- DevOps experience implementing CI/CD for deploying IDMC assets and automatig routine tasks
- Partnering with interface developers, UNIX, Production Control, Database Services, Web Services, Storage Management, Disaster Recovery and other IT teams as part of ongoing operations as well as related vendor teams.
- Troubleshoot application functionality, data quality, and performance related issues and executing/revising/manipulating UNIX, Linux, and SQL code to respond to different maintenance requests.
Preferred Qualifications

- Two (2) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)

- Three (3) years experience working with IT vendors.
- Five (5) years experience writing documentation or standard operating procedures related to system administration.
